Mindful Moments at the Salt Pond:
Today gifted me the kind of peace my mind didn’t even realize it was craving. I spent the day at the Salt Pond in Coral Bay with my best friend. Picking salt, soaking in the water, and letting the world slow down for a while.

The salt wasn’t fully ready, so we only walked away with a handful. But honestly? The real treasure was the experience. It brought back childhood memories of my grandmother taking us to pick salt with her. Simple moments that shaped who I am today.
