AA Cattery

Loving care and attention for every cat, giving you peace of mind while you're away. Continue past Portlethen and Newtonhill. Turn right at the sign for Cookney.

Our Accommodation
Each pen has its own cosy, insulated sleeping area, heated by a heat lamp to keep your cat warm and comfortable. Every pen also benefits from a spacious, sheltered outdoor run, allowing your cat to enjoy fresh air in a safe and secure environment. I provide comfortable bedding for every guest, but I do encourage owners to bring along their cat's favourite blanket, bed, or a few familiar toys. Having familiar scents from home can really help cats settle in and feel more relaxed during their stay. Food & Medication
I provide a selection of high-quality wet and dry food, and fresh drinking water is always available. If your cat has a specific diet, food allergy, or simply prefers a particular brand of food, you're very welcome to supply their own food, and I'll be happy to feed them according to their usual routine. Medication can also be administered during your cat's stay for an additional charge of £1 per day. Please ensure all medication is supplied in its original packaging with clear instructions. 🐾 Meet Poppy 💕☀️
Just look at this little beauty enjoying a lovely relaxing morning 🐱

Poppy takes a daily inhaler, but medication is absolutely no problem for me to give. ❤️

Whether it’s inhalers, tablets, liquids or other daily medication, I’m happy to help make sure your cat receives what they need while they’re staying with me.

Poppy is certainly looking very comfortable and completely at home, enjoying a cosy snooze in the sunshine. ☀️

It’s so important to me that every cat feels safe, settled, comfortable and cared for, including those who need a little extra help with their health. 🐾❤

Poppy, you certainly know how to relax.

🐾 A little update for 2027 🐾

After giving it a lot of thought, I’ve made a change to my cattery prices for 2027.

With the continued rise in the cost of living, food, supplies and general running costs, the increase is unfortunately necessary to allow me to continue providing the high standard of care, cleanliness and comfort that I pride myself on.

I have kept my prices as reasonable as possible and really appreciate your understanding and continued support. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who continues to trust me with their precious cats. It means so much to me, and I look forward to welcoming all my lovely furry guests throughout 2027. 🐱🐾

🐾💙 LOOKING FOR A VERY SPECIAL HOME FOR MAX & JAX 💙🐾

I’m sharing this on behalf of a family who are sadly looking to find a new loving home for Max and Jax due to a change in circumstances.

Max and Jax are beautiful brothers, coming up for 6 years old, and they are a very bonded pair who must stay together.

They have always lived together and are indoor cats who have never been outside. They do absolutely everything together even washing and grooming each other.

💙 Vaccinations fully up to date
💙 Both microchipped
💙 Very bonded and must be rehomed together

I’m hoping that by sharing their lovely photos, we might reach someone who could offer Max and Jax a loving, safe and permanent home together. 🏡

If you, or someone you know, may be able to offer them the right home, please message me privately and I can pass your details on to their family. 🐾🐾
