Blairich farm has 62 ewes, 3 llamas, 2 border collies and 9 cows. I have the privilege of pasturing 200 acres on 7 different local properties.

In Summer we focus on growing food plants from Organic and Heirloom seed. Garden preparation planting and maintenance is mainly manual, no chemicals used.
