Our annual Fall Harvest Festival was filled with tricks, treats, dancing, crafts, and plenty of smiles! 👻 Our team had a great time celebrating together and making memories. A big thank you to everyone who helped plan, organize, and make today's event such a fun-filled celebration!

Throughout National Disability Employment Awareness Month, we've celebrated the stories, accomplishments, and talents of some of our incredible team members.

Each story has been different, but they all share something important: the opportunity to work is about more than earning a paycheck. It's about building confidence, developing skills, finding purpose, and having the chance to succeed.

At TAC, we're proud to recognize the value every individual brings to our workplace and community. Because when we recognize talent and create opportunities, everyone benefits.

As National Disability Employment Awareness Month draws to a close, we're reminded that every person brings something valuable to the workplace. Whether it's learning a new skill, taking on a challenge, helping a coworker, or simply taking pride in a job well done, every contribution matters.

At TAC, we're proud to celebrate the talents, dedication, and accomplishments of our team, not just during NDEAM, but every day!

Throughout October, TAC team members came together for our annual Breast Cancer Awareness donation drive, raising a combined total of $1,000 for the Breast Cancer Endowment Fund of Clark County!

Congratulations to Team Annalise & Xplore for bringing in the most donations! They earned a free lunch from Fresh Abilities!

A huge thank you to everyone who donated and to our Positive Culture Committee for organizing this fundraiser and bringing our team together for such an important cause. We'd also like to give a special shoutout to TAC team member Sancy, who is celebrating 7 YEARS cancer free this year! What an incredible milestone worth celebrating! 🩷

Thank you to everyone who stopped by TAC's booth last week at the C-130 TCG WWR event in Orlando! We enjoyed connecting with military representatives and industry partners from around the world. We look forward to continuing those conversations and exploring how TAC can support your cargo net, repair, and industrial sewing needs!

Join us in celebrating Treasure, Amanda, Sarah, and Denise for going Above & Beyond! 🎉

When our HR department was short-staffed, these four members of our Accounting team stepped up to lend a helping hand! They took on additional responsibilities and assisted with day-to-day tasks to help keep things running smoothly. Their willingness to support another department is a great example of teamwork and the TAC spirit!

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting representatives from SourceAmerica and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for a firsthand look at the work our team does in support of the United States Air Force!

Our guests toured our cargo net manufacturing and repair facilities and learned more about our capabilities and the AbilityOne contracts we manage.
