Choosing a school is about more than choosing a curriculum.
It’s choosing the people who will spend their days teaching, encouraging, challenging, and caring for your child.
At Three Oaks, we desire families to have the opportunity to see our classrooms, meet our teachers, ask questions, and experience our community for themselves.
Join us for our upcoming Open House. Visit our website to RSVP.
Chess is an exercise in disciplined thinking.
Every move requires students to evaluate possibilities, anticipate consequences, and exercise sound judgment. It challenges them to reason strategically, practice patience, and recognize the relationship between their decisions and their outcomes.
At Three Oaks, we value opportunities that strengthen these intellectual habits. Through activities like chess, students learn to approach complex problems with careful consideration, perseverance, and the confidence to think independently.

Why do we put so much emphasis on learning to read and write well?
Because words matter.
God has chosen to reveal Himself and His truth to us through His Word. Learning to read carefully helps students engage thoughtfully with Scripture, while learning to write and communicate clearly equips them to express what they know and believe.
We want our students to become careful readers who can discern truth and thoughtful writers who can articulate it with clarity, conviction, and grace.
At Three Oaks, literacy is more than a skill to master. It is part of preparing students to seek truth, understand it, and communicate it well.

What does learning look like at Three Oaks?
It looks like students asking questions, teachers encouraging curiosity, classmates learning alongside one another, and lessons that invite students to think carefully about the world around them.
Every classroom moment serves a larger goal: cultivating students who are curious, thoughtful, and equipped to keep learning long after they leave our classrooms.

Some of the most meaningful moments of a school day don't make it onto the lesson plan.
A conversation in the hallway. A helping hand. A shared laugh. A teacher taking an extra moment with a student.
These little moments are part of what makes Three Oaks feel like a community. We are grateful for a place where students are known, cared for, and encouraged to grow.
We believe education works best when parents and teachers are working together.
Parents know their children better than anyone, and we are grateful for the opportunity to come alongside families as they educate and disciple their children.
At Three Oaks, our goal is not to take the place of the family, but to partner with parents in cultivating students who know what is true, understand why it matters, and are learning to live wisely in light of it.

Why do we spend time reading great books?
Because good stories give us more than words on a page. They introduce us to different people, places, ideas, choices, virtues, and failures. They give us opportunities to ask questions, consider what is true and good, and learn to see the world with greater understanding.
We want our students to become thoughtful readers and lifelong learners who can engage deeply with the ideas that have shaped our world.

Knowledge. Understanding. Wisdom.
These three ideas are central to a classical education.
We want our students to gain knowledge of the world around them, learn to understand and reason about what they know, and ultimately grow in wisdom—learning how to live well in light of what is true.
Our goal is not simply to fill students' minds, but to help them become discerning, thoughtful, and lifelong learners.
Education is about more than preparing students for a future career.
We want to help students grow in knowledge, understanding, wisdom, character, and the ability to thoughtfully engage with the world around them.
At Three Oaks, our classical Christian approach seeks to cultivate the whole person, equipping students to pursue what is true and good and to live faithfully in light of it.
